Welcome to The Rock Tri Club
 

Based in Rock Hill, SC, we are primarily a club of recreational triathletes.  Our YMCA sponsored, USAT registered, tri club offers an environment for triathletes to train and grow through Membership Services, TRI-101 (our beginners training program), and Tri The Rock (our annual sprint distance race).  
 
Our affiliation with the Upper Palmetto YMCA allows us to offer a wide range of services that can help your triathlon experience.  Feel free to check out the site and see what we are all about.  If you have any questions, be sure to ask!      

Well - Great Job to all the The Rock Tri Club members who participated in the Union Triathlon, between the 13 who actually participated in the multi-sport event and those of us who volunteered, I know we showed great support to their first Triathlon!  Also note they will have a 5K on September 13 for those who choose to do that (some of us will be doing the Seth Wyatt Cobb Duathlon)... HOWEVER!!! The next Sprint Triathlon in the Upstate Y Tri Series is with the Laurens County YMCA on August 30!  I hope to see you there as well!!!
 
 
THANK YOU TO ALL OUR SPONSORS and especially our VOLUNTEERS including the Director, Jim, for all the help from some of the Tri-101 & Rock Tri Club members... AND a TREMENDOUS thank you to the Rock Hill Bike Shop and the Rock Hill Bike Club Members for their bike tent (I needed plugs) ... & marshalling the corners for us! They did a fantastic job and it is so very much appreciated!
